Varieties - Cox Orange, Aroma, Ingrid Marie and unspecified wild apples

Harvest - By hand in Skåne and Stockholm area.

Process - Direct press, then a natural alcoholic fermentation starts on tank. During that time, the juice is racked from its lees several times. The process is natural without any additive yeast or sulfites. Second fermentation on bottle with no dosage. The cider is unfiltered.

Storage - Bottled March 2020. Disgorged January 2023.
